Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted in South Korea by skilled artisans who have spent years mastering traditional techniques passed down through generations. Rather than mass-producing our products, each item is carefully crafted with patience, precision, and attention to detail.

Are the products authentic?
Absolutely. We work directly with master artisans and traditional workshops across Korea to ensure every piece reflects authentic Korean craftsmanship. Rather than factory-made souvenirs, our collection preserves the artistry, heritage, and enduring traditions of Korean craftsmanship.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from South Korea, where our traditional crafts and carefully selected Korean products originate.

How long does delivery take?

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Will my order be tracked?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
