We specialize in authentic Korean traditional crafts, including mother-of-pearl inlay lacquerware (najeon chilgi), celadon porcelain, and handcrafted home décor. Each piece is carefully selected from skilled Korean artisans.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. All of our products are handcrafted by traditional Korean artisans. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, pattern, or size may occur — this is part of what makes each piece unique.

Are the products authentic?
Absolutely. We source directly from verified Korean craftspeople and workshops. Our products are genuine traditional Korean crafts, not mass-produced replicas.

How should I care for my item?
We recommend keeping lacquerware away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Care instructions specific to each product are included in the packaging.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–25 business days depending on your region. Express shipping is available worldwide with an estimated delivery of 3–5 business days.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Will my order be tracked?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Are there customs duties or import taxes?
